Yulia Raffaelli

Yulia joined the organisation in 2022 and has since led major transformation programmes and M&A integrations across Europe and beyond.

She is responsible for orchestrating and executing strategic initiatives that drive organisational change, with a focus on delivering synergy targets and programme outcomes while closely collaborating with C-level stakeholders to provide governance and ensure alignment with strategic goals.

She also partners with Lee Miller to lead cross-functional teams, manage resources and timelines, and maintain clear, consistent communication across all levels.

Yulia holds an Executive MBA in Digital Transformation from the Bologna Business School and a Master of Science in Strategic Project Management from Heriot-Watt University.
