Bert Vermeiren

Bert Vermeiren has been Postproduction Manager at Gravity Media Belgium since 2000. His career started back in 1990 as a Video Editor,  gaining hands-on experience in television postproduction, with a strong passion for technology. He combined several roles in live television production and broadcast operations in entertainment and news shows. Bert has an eye for talent and engaged dozens of talents for the company in his career. He is a people-focused leader who drives team performance through an innovative mindset.

Over the years he has co-supervised various innovation projects in collaboration with Flemish universities. Together with a small cross team, Bert started Boost graphics in 2017 as a full-fledged division and brand, and held the manager position till 2020. With a long career rooted in newsroom production he operates as project manager for news channels, BRUZZ, RING and Trends Z. In his core role as postproduction manager, Bert focuses on efficient workflows, quality of service, and high-performance teamwork to deliver and maintain long-life partnerships with our old and new customers.
