Drive to Survive, the behind-the-scenes Formula 1 documentary series, has returned to Netflix for a second season, with all 10 episodes available to stream from Friday 28 February.
The first series was a big hit with fans, peeling away F1’s polished veneer to reveal the contract discussions, disputes and emotions rarely seen in race weekend coverage. Mercedes and Ferrari declined to participate in the first series, but both are excellent additions to this second outing – notably coverage of the Mercedes team’s weekend to forget at Hockenheim, and a focus on the intriguing Vettel-Leclerc rivalry.
Gravity Media helped support the production with a suite of Avid Media Composer systems.
Part of the team from The Production Centre, Sydney travelled to central Queensland to produce the latest film in a series for Telstra, which shines a light on their staff who go above and beyond for their customers.
The Gravity Media crew went the extra mile – travelling 2,500 kms on two flights followed by a three hour drive – to film at a cattle station in 45 degree heat. It was an interesting view into life for families in the remote Australian outback.
Telstra was extremely proud of the results and you can watch the beautiful images here.
