Gravity Media partnered with Aware Super to deliver its Annual Members’ Meeting, a flagship yearly event designed to inform, engage and connect members with the fund’s leadership team.

The meeting provides Aware Super members with a clear view of the fund’s financial performance, investment strategy and future outlook, while offering a live forum to ask questions directly of senior leadership.

A studio-led approach for a premium member experience

For the 2025 event, we delivered the livestream from our state-of-the-art Production Centre in Sydney, acting as the central broadcast hub and ensuring a seamless, broadcast-quality experience for viewers.

To elevate the visual presentation, our team deployed a three-camera setup within our HD studio, centred around a striking 9m x 2.4m LED wall. The production was supported by our advanced video and audio control rooms, delivering polished visuals, clear audio and smooth transitions throughout the live broadcast.

Supporting presenters from rehearsal to live

Beyond the studio, Aware Super made full use of our on-site facilities, including make-up and green rooms, alongside private production meeting spaces. This enabled efficient rehearsals, presenter preparation and close collaboration between teams ahead of going live.

Gravity Media’s experienced technical crew of 14 was on-site to deliver the event, providing end-to-end technical support and ensuring the livestream ran smoothly from start to finish.

Live, on-demand and built for reach

The Annual Members’ Meeting streamed live on Thursday 20 November, with an on-demand recording made available free of charge on Aware Super’s website to extend access to members who were unable to attend the event live and in-person.
