Marshall Lucas

Marshall Lucas has been a cornerstone of Gravity Media’s US operation since 2011, joining as one of the original four employees of the US branch and helping build the division from the ground up. He began his career in the shop, developing a deep technical foundation across broadcast systems, signal flow, and equipment engineering. Over the years, Marshall has grown alongside the business, advancing into key engineering leadership roles including Head Engineer-in-Charge (EIC) and now Technical Project Manager.

With more than a decade of hands-on and managerial experience, Marshall has led and supported large scale productions across flypacks, OB trucks, studio environments, and complex RF camera networks. His expertise spans system design, integration, onsite technical leadership, and multi-department coordination. Known for being highly versatile and solutions-driven, Marshall brings a strong command of cameras, replay systems, routing, comms, and RF infrastructure allowing him to support productions from planning to execution with precision and confidence.

Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for staying calm under pressure, anticipating technical challenges before they arise, and delivering reliable, broadcast ready solutions for some of the industry’s most demanding events. Marshall’s well rounded skill set, collaborative leadership style, and commitment to high quality engineering continue to make him a trusted asset to Gravity Media and to every production he supports.
