Gravity Media celebrates Australian screen excellence with continued partnership for the 2026 AACTA Awards
Gravity Media, a global leader in production and content and media services and facilities, celebrates the Australian Academy of Cinema and Television Arts (AACTA), and congratulates all nominees and winners, on the success of the 2026 AACTA Awards, recognising outstanding achievement across Australian film, television, documentary and digital production.
Gravity Media once again served as the broadcast and technology partner for the production of the AACTA Awards presented by Foxtel Group, while continuing its role as a proud sponsor of Australia’s premier screen industry celebration, including as presenting partner of the AACTA Award for Best Entertainment Program.
Working alongside production company Roving Enterprises, and AACTA, Gravity Media collaborated on the live broadcast of the 2026 AACTA Awards ceremony, held at HOTA, Home of the Arts cultural precinct on the Gold Coast, Queensland.
Gravity Media delivered the end-to-end live production of the ceremony, deploying one of its high definition outside broadcast trucks, a 10 camera setup including RF Steadicam and “Dactyl Cam” camera on wire, in addition to real-time editing and integration systems to support the seamless delivery of the telecast.
Beyond its role in the live broadcast, Gravity Media continues its broader partnership with AACTA as an Official Partner, reinforcing its long-standing commitment to the Australian screen industry and the creative talent that underpins it.
Scott Kinlyside, Managing Director for Gravity Media in Australia, said:
“The AACTA Awards remain a cornerstone of the Australian screen industry calendar, and we are proud to continue our partnership with AACTA as both production partner and sponsor.
